Introduction
Egg roll production unit is composed of storing barrels, transmission liquid machines, liquid barrels, color machine, 360 ° rotating auto-baked round, shovel device and the automatic roll feed cutting and electrical control cabinet, it uses far infrared baking , can produce two-color or multi-color hollow egg roll.
Application:
First step, to make flour, starch, oil, eggs, sugar and other raw materials in the mixer where mixing, and then, take mixing liquid into storing barrel of baking machine, mixing materials through filter transfer into storing barrel continuously by transmission pump and automatic laying-off, the mixing materials is baked on the rotating baking round ,and finished color processing. There is automatic bade egg rolls in the bottom baking round ,it can continuous automatic shovel egg roll ,the egg roll materials is fallen on the transferring belt of egg roll forming machine, and forming hollow and cylinder shape by belt and roll stick, at last , cutter cuts egg roll into the specifications of the length by customers.

Characteristics
- The baking machine is heated with gas to give a space of a effective temperature-holding, utilizing energy reasonably, by a automatic control system including ignition, alarm cut-off gas generator and temperature control devices.
- The machines of the unit are installed with a program-controlled system.
- The speed of the wheel hub and the powder slurry thickness can be adjusted.
- The diameter of wafer bar can be changed by transferring different reeling bar shafts.
- The length of wafer bar can be changed by adjusting the diaphragm aperture, which controls a shear.
- The cream and other fillings can be completely or partly poured into hollow-core wafer bar. In the proceeding above, their main engines are controlled by their own frequency converters.
